With reasonable design, advanced technology and automatic control, the CG model storage tank produced by our factory conforms to the certification requirements of chemical pressure vessels. The tank body adopts vertical or horizontal double-layer structure, and is provided with spiral wound jacket with heating function, and is filled with heat preservation material. The internal bladder is polished to Ra0.45μm. The external part adopts mirror plate or sand grinding plate for heat preservation. The water inlet, reflux vent, sterilization vent, cleaning vent and manhole are provided at the top and the air respirator with 0.45μm is installed. It is equipped with control cabinet, which can realize material temperature detection, display, constant temperature control and digital display of liquid level, and provide such functions as upper and lower limits warning etc.
