The equipment of this series completely conforms to the requirements of national “Good Manufacturing Practices” “GMP” for equipment; and is designed and manufactured according to “Steel Pressure Vessels” (GB150-1998), “Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels” (JB/4735-1997). It is suitable for liquid preparation (product) processes and various water treatment processes in purification areas of the pharmaceutical industry.

•Design and manufacture are in accordance with ASME BPE standard, which also meets the requirements of cGMP & FDA.

•Internal surface is mechanically polished or electropolished, which is less than 0.38um.

•To utilize Full jacket, dimple jacket and half coil tube under different conditions to realize temperature exchange.

•Use stainless steel and chloride-free as insulation material.  Alternate integral welding or flange to ensure equipment can be cleaned easily.
